1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
2. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United States: 7–14 business days
- International: 10–25 business days
These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
3. Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide. No minimum order value is required.
4. Order Tracking
Most orders include tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.
5. Customs and Import Fees
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages

7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Babies & Beyond is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
