Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. This applies to all customers including those in the European Union, in compliance with EU consumer protection law.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email)

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@shopbabiesandbeyond.shop with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return
  • A photo of the item if it is damaged or defective

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal hygiene items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer

4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of approval, please first check with your bank or payment provider. If you still have not received it, contact us at support@shopbabiesandbeyond.shop.
